This interactive and fun presentation will cover strategies on how teachers can incorporate more movement in their lives to help prevent weight gain, maximize performance and protect and preserve their bodies from the physical wear and tear of their professions.  Dr Kandyce will also cover Ergonomic Tips and Considerations, Self Care Strategies and Ideas for Exercises and Stretching.
